The Recon 3.0 Gravel and MTB shoe is a direct relative of the powerful S-Works counterpart and is therefore 100% geared towards speed, comfort and robustness. With ergonomically designed and scientifically proven Body Geometry technology. Last but not least, we have made it lighter than ever before - just like the purchase decision.

BODY GEOMETRY: Like all our shoes, the Recon 3.0 is ergonomically designed and scientifically proven. This increases comfort and performance for every rider and reduces the risk of injury with patented technology. All of this has been proven to increase performance by an average of 7 watts.

STRIDE TECHNOLOGY: The secrets of Stride technology are a flexible outsole and flexible upper around the toe box, combined with a rigid mount for the pedal plates. This combination allows the shoe to flex slightly when walking, but remains stiff and efficient when pedaling.

EFFICIENT HIGH PERFORMANCE: Whether it's the cable guide, the position of the BOA® dials or the carbon base plate, the Recon 3.0 draws inspiration from our flagship shoe, the S-Works Recon. Two BOA® Li2 dials allow ultra-fine adjustments for the perfect fit, while the cable guides minimize movement within the shoe for a snug feel when pedaling and wearing. Finally, the carbon base plate further stiffens the Recon 3.0 - and saves several grams of weight compared to its predecessor.
