The new directly mountable e * spec chainrings use e.thirteen's new M3 tooth profile with narrow, wide teeth, which reduces weight without affecting the chain tension. To make the SL and UL chainrings lighter and more beautiful than their predecessors, e.thirteen used a similar design for Bosch, Brose and Shimano motor configurations.
