Specialized is now going a step further and developed a brand new saddle cover with the Mirror technology, which offers the rider an individually adapted, tailor-made solution. Sustainable and innovative

With the Mirror technology developed by Specialized , they can use a 3D printing process to produce a saddle pad from a liquid polymer that adapts perfectly to your anatomy. The result of this revolutionary process is a complex, patent-pending honeycomb structure consisting of 14,000 struts and 7,799 nodes, all of which can be individually adjusted, offering the ability to control the resistance of the saddlecloth, which is impossible with foam. When you combine this technology with their super-light Power Pro saddle with its flexing FACT carbon shell and hollow titanium rails, you get a high-performance saddle designed to give you more comfort during your peak performances.

The bicycle is probably the most sustainable means of transport ever created. But when it comes to sustainability, we simply have to do more in the future. For this reason, Specialized has introduced a new process and now produces the basic structure of the saddle from reclaimed carbon. For their part, this is the first step towards a circular economy, where they maximize production efficiency and minimize waste. By using shredded carbon combined with injected nylon from other production lines, Specialized build a more sustainable saddle.

The Power Pro with Mirror is now even more robust with the new Titanrails. So robust that it can now also be used by mountain bikers. This also gives them the opportunity to protect their sit bones even more, especially on rough trails.
