The wheels of CrankBrothers are designed according to the three simple principles of stability, rigidity and acceleration. Due to their special spoke construction, the already small mass of the impeller moves in the direction of the hub so as to keep the rotating mass on the impeller as small as possible. CrankBrothers' "Twin Pair Spoke Technology", which features a special triangular spoking arrangement, adds stability and rigidity to the wheel. Thanks to the unique design and the special spokes, centering the impeller is extremely easy and the replacement of individual spokes can be done without disassembling the tire. Another advantage: CrankBrothers builds Cobalt wheels with a closed rim. This makes the rim even more stable and, in addition, no rim tape is needed to install a tubeless setup.
