Expand your horizons
The term Urrun means vastness in Basque. And the Urrun is definitely a bike for long tours, for adventures to the horizon and beyond. But the name has another meaning for us. It stands for the long journey Oreba has taken with this bike and for everything they have achieved with it. With a view to new technologies and innovative integration solutions, they are very proud to welcome the Urrun into their family. Break out, experience even bigger adventures, drive further, let off steam. There are no more excuses.
Expand your horizons
New adventures
The Urrun is ready for life, for family and for new adventures. With its RS concept known from the Rise, it conveys a new driving experience. In addition, the sensitive motor support enriches the fun of cycling. The additional power seems so natural and lively, as if it came from your own legs. With its lightweight EP8 RS motor, 120 millimeter fork and trail-tested components, the Urrun wants to discover new horizons with you.
Innovate and integrate
The Urrun is full of modern technology to keep the design as simple as possible and avoid extra pounds. The bike not only rides great, it also looks stunning - and is hardly reminiscent of an e-bike.
A better battery
The Urrun is all about long rides and big adventures. The highly optimized battery delivers the highest energy density. This means we can pack the power for even longer rides into an even smaller housing to improve the look and reduce weight. In numbers this means: Urrun provides energy for around 3,500 meters of altitude or up to eight hours of travel time.
Natural support
The same EP8-RS engine works in the Urrun as in the Rise. Orbea developed it together with Shimano to achieve a particularly natural riding experience. The Urrun is light, quiet, has a first-class response and, above all, is very efficient. This means the support feels as natural and alive as if it came from your own legs.
The next generation of aluminum frames
When Orbea talks about the next generation of aluminum frames, they mean hydroformed frames with butted tubes and ground welds. So the Urrun doesn't have to hide from the carbon frame. Above all, the frame brings advantages in terms of performance and greater fatigue resistance.
