AXS™
AXS™ is SRAM's new integrated platform for connecting electronic bicycle components with software. The SRAM AXS™ app not only allows the rider to check the battery status, influence the shifting behavior and configure the controls according to personal preferences, but also to create maintenance plans and update the firmware.

eTap®
Wireless shifting, energy management of the batteries and mechatronics - SRAM's eTAP technology serves one goal: to offer you the most intuitive operation possible. SRAM calls the switching logic behind it eTAP. The right lever shifts to the higher gear, the left to the lower gear. You can control the chainrings using both levers. Simple, smooth and intuitive.

orbit
Orbit technology is an innovative and new way to control derailleur movements. It uses silicone fluid as part of a sleek and ultra-lightweight damping system. Compared to a traditional friction clutch system, Orbit Technology puts no additional drag on the derailleur spring during slow or light movements. This means easier shifting and simplified wheel removal. And while riding, the fluid damper reduces chain slap. That means bombproof reliability for 1x and 2x drives.

X Range™
Road bikes are faster and more capable than ever before, and riders continue to show what road handlebar bikes are capable of. X-Range™ is the translation for the modern way of riding road bikes. SRAM has completely redesigned the road bike gear ratio, for more gear range, a more pleasant and better usable gear stepping and, thanks to AXS™, also smarter shift settings. With X-Range™ you are always in the right gear.

X-SYNC™
X-SYNC™ 1x chainrings from SRAM ensure maximum performance and durability. The long SRAM X-SYNC™ tooth edges engage the chain earlier than traditional triangle-shaped teeth. The sharp and narrow tooth profile as well as the rounded sloping edges support the chain guidance. In order to offer the best possible performance even in muddy terrain, the X-SYNC™ chainrings have recesses for the inner chain links and rollers to evacuate dirt and mud. Made in Germany, X-SYNC™ chainrings are an important part of SRAM's 1x™ drivetrain.
